Hmmmmm... maybe you might want to reinvestigate your provider. I'm not exactly on top of this stuff but I use several different machines (home [desk and laptops] and work) to access Render and I don't think I ever have this problem. Even when it appears slower, it's not to the point of annoyance. As for that amusing remark about the Marketplace never being slow, that's not surprising and not likely coincidental. Pick up a phone and call almost any Support line and they're gonna put you on hold. Call Sales and someone's gonna pick that puppy up on the first ring.
