I don't want to bad-mouth any product so you should take this as anecdotal advice only- not necessarily completely factual. I've frequently found that the McAffee line of virus software, etc conflicts with other software. I'm often asked for help with system problems concerning a single app. If the system is running McAfee my 1st stab at the problem is to disable M. My seat-of-the-pants impression is that it solves the problem about 60% of the time. Again, this is based completely upon unscientific personal experience. At any rate, if you've added additional software that monitors or manages aspects of the operating system, I'd try disabling them one at a time and re-testing Vue. There is a reasonable chance one of them is the culprit.
