With some figures if you parent it to the BODY of something else, you have to move the body of that object. If you parent to the HIP you have to move the hip. So I guess if you parent the bike to Mike's hip you gotta move his hip for the bike to follow. Or if you parent it to Mike's body you have to move Mike's body.
