Subject: I am sick and tired of this happening!!

Yeah, I know how the pending works. But why does this happen? I never have trouble shopping anywhere else. I'm going to assume here it's because you treat it as an ATM transaction rather than a credit card one? Renderosity is the only merchant I deal with that does this. What are the restrictions in this case....like are you limited to so many transactions in a specified period of time? Is that what this is all about? And I've tried to call. Because now there's another problem. When I was able to make a purchase it went through fine, but now it's listed as pending in BOTH the Electronic transfer area AND the credit card transactions...doubled up. Sigh. But I need to know a name before I can get through by phone. You sure don't make it easy. :(
