I remember the stink over "Never say Never again", the studio had the rights to "Thunderball" and just remade it under a new title. Most Poser stuff is under the radar... or the owners don't see the point of going after someone, yet. I've had correspondance with a few folks and estates... Marvel Comics, DC Comics, Bella Lugosi Estate, Karloff Estate. I used to do work for "Flatt World Figures". My superheroes... see above. If you notice, the stuff I sell, in no way resembles any existing comic book characters. Never assume anything when dealing with copyright, intellectual property, or likenesses. but this is more for debate over at the copyright forum. Doug
