While waiting impatentienly for some response to my post here, and the email I sent, I started reading older posts and found the following response to a simular problem: "As part of our verification process we ask that you send us the toll free or security number off the back of your credit card along with your Renderosity member name. When we have that information, we'll be happy to activate your purchase. Send to : store@renderosity.com This is for first time purchases only. All future purchases will be available for immediate downloading. Clint " Since this seems top be YOUR Standard - why don't YOU let us know before we buy??? Like Posting that requyirement on EVERY Shoping Cart Page?? another angry customer JoPol
