JoPol, Our policy for first time buyers is clearly stated on the checkout page. "Payment via credit or debit card: Digital items paid with a credit card will be immediately available for downloading, unless you are a brand new user here! If this is your first purchase on this site, an email will be sent to you with instructions on how to email us the (800) number on the back of your credit card. This step is done to protect you, the merchants, and ourselves from stolen credit cards being used to purchase items on this site. We appreciate your patience during this one time only process." Your future purchases will be available for immediate downloading. Thanks for shopping at the MarketPlace. Clint
