The only thing ProPack has that Poser 5 doesn't have are the plugins for 3ds, LW and C4D. Other than that, Poser 5 = ProPack + FireFly + Material Room + Cloth Room + Hair Room + Face Room + new Figures + Content Room + new Parm Dials + direct manipulation tool + morph putty + Collision Detection + updated Python + ... Most tools you'd use for basic morph creation be in both ProPack and P5. However, the cloth room can be very useful for creating morphs even for non-dynamic clothing items.
