heyas; thanks, guys! well, i figured out the problem. somehow, some incompetant FOOL, some NINCOMPOOP had turned off the bend for the left side eyelids during testing... and never turned it back on. ARGH!!! ::banging head on keyboard... KACHUNK KACHUNK KACHUNK!!!:: er, so, anyway, it now works perfectly. whew! :) pd: i'm still finalizing the manufacturing and distributing end of things, so the final price hasn't been set. i'm trying to keep it below 100$US. cas: well, i find typical advertising and sales techniques to be somewhat lacking in ethics... so i do it my own way. all my products have a no bs page listing the flaws and any bugs. (thankfully, this is one that won't be on it! wohoo!) jim: yep, i have ray dream. and i run into the same thing you do: poser is REAL picky about two identical vertices. if they were originally one, they're fine, but if they are only pretending they're the same... somehow, poser knows. it's eerie. (and i did try welding in rdd, and of course it welded too many dumb things 'cuz the eyelids are so small... but i also tried compose's merge and join vertices. at any rate, none of that worked cuz, er, well, that wasn't the problem! ;) )
