In theory, a PZ3 file should open jsut fine from wherever it is, as it references either the poser Runtime or full paths... However, there are minor exceptions when loading a PZ3 where it will try to search it's own folder's structure rather than Poser's, but that only occurs (to my knowledge) when someone consciously hacks the pz3/cr2 file.
