I really like the face close-ups. Very bestial and savage looking. One thought - aren't these kind of Orcs mostly nocturnal? If so, the eyes should probably be a little larger and maybe somewhat luminous (faint yellow ambient color, perhaps?). It would also fit in with the pale complexion. Though I THINK the "low orcs" were the nocturnal ones and the Uruk Hai you're doing were less limited. It's been YEARS since I read these, and I've played a lot of AD&D and read a lot of Warhammer stuff, so I could easily be confused here!
