LOL! Don't forget, this is a privately owned web site. You don't have a RIGHT to be here, you have a PRIVILEGE to be here. You should also know that I, as much as you, find the TOS as confusing and as short-sighted as the rest. But I also know that I'm not being forced to do anything, other than agree to accept the TOS, or move elsewhere, if I so choose. Last time I checked, membership was free.
