V3 is much better for action poses. She can drink a glass of water without screwing up her elbows, unlike other Poser figures. However, the morph injection system is a pain. You can get a V2 character up and running with less work than V3. V3 dumps even more folders in your overstrained pose directory for all the morph injects and morph removes. So both have their points.
