I don't use the hybrids either but if you're covering V3-V2 with a lot of V2 clothing, you won't see/need a lot V3's advanced body features either. As for V3 clothing availability, I'd say about 90+% of the clothing releases since V3 came out have been for V3. There's also a workaround for getting V2 clothing to fit V3 that has varying levels of success. There's a tut at the DAZ Arcana.
