Try to turn invisible all the parts that poke through that you don't need (the chest for instance). Go into the hierarchy editor and click on the eye next to the part you wish to make invisible. As for the bottom, where it looks raged : try to augment x and Z scale. For all the parts where scaling don't work and that you cannot make invisible, use magnets : the Poser manual is a good start, but Dr Geep's tutorials are even better (available in the tutorial section of Renderosity, or by searching the forums for "Geep"). As for the clothes, it has nothing to do with Poser 5, they act just the same in all the versions of Poser...
