Something that bulky won't work in Poser. Not enough room for joints to set up properly. It does look great though. Eventually Daz Studio's weight mapping could make something shaped so densely posable. If it is pure polygons and a texture map it is likely well over 200K polygons whick poser would choke on. Or it could be a lower res model and the veins and such are being created through displacement maps like those used on Gollum and Treebeard in Lotr: The Two Towers.
