I e-mailed them this morning, but I don't expect a response until at least tomorrow. I suspect they'll be deluged by this topic in their e-mail. I think this week was probably the biggest influx of memberships last year, so a huge bunch of us will be having the same problem. Knowing DAZ and their incredible customer service, they'll get it all straightened out. I think there was probably a miscommunication of information, and a lot of us didn't understand how it works.
