Guitta made this fantastic render like painting with a very simple way...i think:) if u use alot o f anbient and lots of fog and volumetric lights around of your scene and of course and Volumetric atm...and if u render your scene in brondcast you take this effect in your scene.... but you must carefully where you shall put your volum lights...
