My husband was NOT banned for TOS violations. That is an outright LIE. No, my husband was banned for saying he could see up someone's nose. Someone who had repeatedly goaded him. Someone who I expect to show up in this thread and try to goad him by proxy, actually. Someone who has a REPUTATION for goading people as the IMs he and I received show -- a troublemaker who gets away with it. Why you keep Paul around and bar Dodger is not only beyond me, it's beyond a lot of other people's comprehension, too. Saying he could see up someone's nose. That's not a TOS violation. Spike was trigger happy and looking for any reason he could get, and went with a stupid excuse instead. My curiosity is whether this was something personal on spike's part or a targeted attack for building a competing site. Jeff, the site -- XFX3d -- is down because the ISP where the server was colocated spontaneously went out of business and Dodger hasn't been able to get the machine back with all his code on it. However, there are a number of members here -- including TrekkieGirl, who many people know well -- that were beta testing the forum and gallery system before this happened. As far as handling things incorrectly and being wrong, you bet your asses you have. Dodger's case being an excellent case in point.
