Your Sketchup work is coming along in leaps and bounds. I purchased the program about a month ago but have been too busy to get involved with it much as yet. Your output is inspiration to take up the reins. Just in case you're not aware, you can smooth the imported model in Bryce to get rid of the polygon faceting on the rounded parts. Select a part, or the whole group, and click on the 'E' button. In the dialog that appears, use the slider to choose an angle that is slightly greater than that of polygon intersections on the parts that need to be rounded. Click on the big 'smooth' button and then on the tick (check) to exit the dialog. Certain areas of the model will now appear smoothed, as in the slap-dash render above.
