I just wanted to let you know that I certainly understand where you are coming from. As a business, we are dedicated to offering a quality alternative to the problems you have described. As a producer of original figures and other Poser content, I hate to hear of problems such as this with any vendor, be it Daz or otherwise, as it soils the overall reputation of everyone in this market.
