Although strong, these opinions are not slanderous nor are they attacking individual members here. OTOH, people can post their opinions on the validity of those opinions. At least to me, "politely flaming" means attacking the post, not the poster, and that's fine. 2) A few statements in the thread are a bit borderline, but aren't direct attacks. There's a difference between being told that you're acting like a lunatic and being told that you are a lunatic. It's the same difference between saying an opinion is stupid versus the person being stupid. 3) Merchants can post about their wares/services here if it's relevant to the thread. Since the topic is about problems with DAZ customer service, posting that there's alternatives is valid. OTOH, posting your opinion on such posts is also valid. (Just keep the opinions on the posts, not the posters.) In a nutshell: post an opinion and expect to get opinions on your opinion. Cheers! Cres
