my 2cents: I have a lousy dialup connection and sometimes run into issues downloading large purchases (10meg+) But do occasionally order them (up to 30meg+). DAZ and ALL other market places have always been Prompt, Polite, and Sincer to resolve ALL my issues as they arise. And Always to my satisfaction. Just recently I had trouble with a 'burned CD' consisting of Ghostmacbeth's M3 Creature. No problem, DAZ took care of it and EVEN wrote me a courtisy letter asking if all was well. They all get Gold Stars in customer satisfaction from me. Makes me wonder why a select few gripe so much...?
