I had just recently purchased and downloaded V3 and the Morph Packs from DAZ. Before I had a chance to make a backup copy my computer crashed. I emailed DAZ and within 24 hrs I was able to redownload. This is only my second purchase from them and as far as I'm concerned they have pretty good customer service. I agree with one of the previous posts that it helps if you have broadband. Downloading makes things easier, and they give you at least 3 attempts. In my opinion that is more than most people need,(I was able to get it in one).
