Wabe; Don't have the page number off hand, but in the Pro manual, where it is talking about needing Mover4 and making Pro happy with it, it mentions Mover 5 and its full support (including dynamics) for P5. Now if I had to take a wild guess, I would say it is going to work with the same limitations that Mover 4 has; ie. You have to create the full animation in P5, do the wind force there, and match the resultant animation to the Vue wind force effect. I would like to be wrong, as it would be less tedious to just whip up the dynamic hair & cloth and let Mover 5 do all the force vectors, but I don't expect miracles.
