I went nuts too, when first tried to put Vickie's feet in those damn high heels, boots, etc. They come distorted because they are conforming and so they take bend, twist and side from the character dials, and Vickie's starting position is, let's say, "flatfooted". The trick is real simple: being sure that the figure selected is Victoria - and not the shoe - put her foot bending to about 45 and her toe bending to about -45 (adjustements may be needed conforming to the height of the heels, and maybe You'll have to modify a bit also twist and side-side for a perfect fit),and You'll have those grat looking high heels feet. You can do that before You conform the shoes to Vicky, but it's the same if You do it after (in this case the distorted shoes will "magically" aquire their correct shape)- just remember to select Victoria as figure. Best second thing to do is locking the Vickie's toes (from the menu "Properties" check "Lock Actor"), so they'll mantain the correct bending respect the foot; better not to lock the foot because different poses need different positions. Only real important thing is those "about 45" between foot and toes. Women knows if that aches (before they get used to it) while I had to fight "against" Poser for hours before understanding how they worked. I hope it was clear enough (my English is not too good) and it helped. Alberto
