Looks like you are doing everything right. This morning I had problems with my Vue 4, it was pretending to be Vue Pro...very strange, anyway, I rebooted my computer and tried again and all was well. I would suggest you do that, or when do you remember the last time it worked correctly? If you have XP, maybe you should do a system restore back to that date? Sharen
