Unfortunately I can't offer any help, I just don't know..why Vue works somedays and other days it is ill. I have had that problem, fresh boot and all choas breaks loose, then I reboot and it is working perfect. You should do what serendipity said to do. Rename the pz3 file and see if it helps. Maybe where you are saving it, it may have conflicts with the name. Sharen
