I think Anton (or was it Jim Burton?) had given them permission for his stuff because the Sim games reduce the meshes so much that they're nearly useless. As for anyone else's stuff, that I don't know about. Hopefully they got permission, but it's possible they mistook one permission for blanket permission. Cheers!
