Depends on the sort of blindfold. If you want a cloth one (cloth wound round head), there used to be several on sites that have since disappeared, and I don't know of anything that can be downloaded currently. If you want a light material one with elasticated sides, there should be one from Scoopy around somewhere - but that is probably the one you said was primitive. If you want a heavy leather one with foam pads and studs, I have two different designs for free at http://phantast.comicbabecentral.com - they are smart props for Posette but repositioning them for other figures is very easy. The one at Renderotica mentioned by Zarabanda is an old one and not as good as the two just referred to.
