Agree with you on the numbers of entries for the challenge. 3 to 5 should be ok. Also agree with firestorm to put down the guidelines (for example the pixel dimensions). Assume we'll not be able to control the photoshop manipulation for surrealism. But with your points the photographers will think about their works and will post Photography not Photoshopworks.
