If your tablet allows it, you could try switching to Mouse Mode. On Wacoms, it prevents the cursor from instantly relocating to another point on the screen, which might help with Poser and other 3D software (slow your mouse speed down A LOT if you do this though). Having a larger table can also help because it takes more hand movement to move the cursor as well...on a tiny tablet, the slightest movement will send you flying. :) Eventually you do get used to it though; I've been using my Wacom 5x7 since I first got Poser 1 and it's the only thing I use at all now. ;) Take care.
