Right is the following: Whenever we find a "bug", we first discuss it here, because bugs often are not bugs, just a misunderstanding of a feature by a user. So, real bugs reported here must be found also by other users, otherwise they are not bugs (if only one or two users have a kind of a repetitive problem).
