Maybe I am wrong here but I think everyone misunderstood Tony's remark... I think he was complaining about the people who complain about the new products (so much). That's why he asked, "Is ANYTHING alright?" Of course, maybe I'm wrong and the rest of you are on the thread correctly...hehe.
