ThralLord, with all due respect because I think you do some very good and useful work, how long is too long? I mean how long do the authors have to lose sales before they have the right to start asking questions. I sell software online. I have always had two avenues for my customers to purchase my prodycts from. Currently, I have three. Why? Because things happen. It is not a question of loyalty! It is a question of convenience and safety for you and your customers. I see nothing wrong in the creators of the products listed here to also list at B-Bay. In fact, it makes good business sense. The more avenues that offer your products, the more sales you will generate. In June and July, I spent about $200 on items from here and BBay. I try to support BOTH places because I enjoy and love BOTH places. But I would not expect that support, that loyalty, to lose sales if I was a vendor. Nor would I expect that loyalty to ban me from purchasing a product just because one site or the other had a bug. Now, I am reasonably sure that eventually the bug here will be worked out. But from the messages I read it has been going on for nearly 2 1/2 weeks. That is an eternity to be losing sales. And for those without a secondary avenue to sell their products, that is what they are doing - losing sales. And how many will around in the future if they can't sell what they have made now? In the meantime, yes, a bit more patience. But if it continues I do not think anyone can be faulted for looking for a secondary avenue. But I would never abandon Renderosity. That would not make good business sense!
