LOL @ mondoxjake. About 80% of my incoming mailbox is full of ads for patches, pills, or generic viagra, and I'm not even male. Either men are horribly focused upon their shortcomings (double pun intended) or they don't have anything else to worry about. (Of course if my mailbox was flooded with spam for profiting upon a war economy with new job skills, then I would be worried rather than amused.)
