You should be able to run it without messing with the memory in any way, utils or otherwise. I run win2k pro on all my systems except this one, which I recently changed to XP Pro. You should reinstall poser but not in sequence, run the update that came out last, I had a problem with mine in win2k when I installed the updates as they came out. Finally reinstalled and it worked.
