I don't have the Animedoll, but when I parent things, I go to Object(I think that's it, don't have Poser open)>Change Parent>and then would select Head in this case. Another thing to do would be open the Hierarchy Window (under Window, I think) and drag'n'drop the specs prop onto Head of Animedoll... and just a thought, maybe you should save the specs obj to the Props library and then load from there as a Prop?
