It sure looks to be LOT MORE than what Morph Manager or The Tailor are. According to the promos this program allows you not only to create morphs with various transformation tools, but to pose your figure (as you can in Poser with the dials) while you are creating the morph - at least that is SUGGESTED, but not clarified. That alone would make it unique in the morph creation realm which usually forces you to work on a static figure and often with just one body part at a time which makes it difficult to create morphs which cover several body parts.
