Is it possible that the site doesn't alert you if cookies have been turned off for the site (or their browsers have been instructed to ignore them?) I accidentally told mozilla to ignore any pictures from DAZ.com....ever tried browsing their site without pictures? I went for days without being able to access it, thinking that they were working on something....then I noticed no one else complained, lol. eric
