The teeth, tongue, and inner mouth are indeed on the body texture for Judy (see attached reduced sample) ... I believe they were that way for Victoria 1 and 2 as well. Weird, but true.

If you give me a few moments, I can make a complete list of which parts are on which texture for which character. I think that will help along with the above instructions.
