I'm totally confused here ... without a contract (which I believe is clearly posted on DAZ's site), what will the lawyer have to work with? Also ... if the chargebacks have been a part of the brokering policy since DAZ split with Zygote - which was a heck of a long time ago - why did it take so long to say or do something about it?
