Well, the problem is that you need a 3D program to make planes like this - one that makes "NURBS" objects. I used Truespace 6.6 for this, and you could download their free trial copy and try it for yourself. (Version 5 of their program has the NURBS implementation as well.) But, sometimes its just easier to ask for help on this Forum. We all try to help each other if we can. Vue is wonderful. But sometimes, for something simple like a single beach as in your scene, its tools are just a little bit complicated.
