Mo-cap sequences can either be found free on the 'Net or for sale. The Renderosity Marketplace and DAZ offer fight animations. Credo Interactive sells various motion packs for Poser. More can be found on Turbo Squid, if you're willing to pay that much for them.

You can download a free two-person fight sequence here. It'll need considerable manual adjustment after import, as the data wasn't coded specifically for the proportions of existing Poser figures, but at least most of the broad movement work has been done for you.

And technically, you don't need a suit. Software is finally hitting the consumer market that allows you to perform optical capture with a few video cameras. Or you could hire a mo-cap studio to do the work for you, although I imagine the prices would be prohibitive.
