People had been dumping so many quickies here that the cumulative effect of having to host 90,000 artists meant they were coming in at about 1-2 per second. When you get that much stuff, nobody is going to have time to look at it, no matter how good some of them are. Like going to the Louvre and having to look at 100,000 Mona Lisas - it ain't much fun.
