I've had this back ordered for over a year My understanding is that this week or next the publisher & author have scheduled a proofing marathon and hope to get it to printing by the end of the month. So with any luck it won't be much longer. Based on my copy of ver 2 edition I'd have to say this book is probably worth the wait- but it's been so hard...
