I left my CD at work so I'm writing from memory. I believe it had some jail props on it. There was also some BVH motion included. I don't think the CD was that great except for the BVH motions I used. If you already know how to do textures and bump and understand them then the book may not be what you need. It doesn't take the place of the user's manual - it's designed to compliment the manual. The best thing to do is to go to a bookstore and look through the book or buy it from a place that allows returns if the cd hasn't been opened.
