Once I've uploaded stuff I download it again just to make sure it's working, and I've had no problems myself so far. My most recent stuff is hosted on Xoom (ran out of space on my ISP) so you could try downloading from there to see is it's a problem with the host or you ;) If that fails too, let me know and I could email you anything you want.
