Hey Pat- Welcome to the world of fractals! I, myself am new to fractal art, having been using 'Blender' for 3D design for a couple of years. I, too, was wowed by the fractal gallery, and decided to give it a try. I am now also using 'Chaos Pro'. With 'Chaos', you can create layered fractals and even import 'Apophysis' flames. And, of course, you can't beat the price--FREE! Hope this helps! Nick
