Well first you open it, then you decide which of the Library banks you want to use(personally I have only used the poses one) then you click add at the bottom left and name your categories what ever you want( Michael, Michael 3, Freak etc) the by using the right click you drop and drag from the right side to the left side (where you have your newly named categories. I hope that helps, if you want to use PBooost all you do is have the default poses( or whatever library you use) set to what ever su-category you want, start Poser and then going into the poses Library click "switch Banks" when ever you want to change banks(don't forget to switch banks in PBooost also).
